• Estimated Delivery Times: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders within the Philippines are delivered within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping method and delivery location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as the destination and the shipping carrier's efficiency.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your orders in a timely manner, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen events such as weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control. If your order is delayed, we will make every effort to notify you and provide updates as soon as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Amuki Haus is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. While we do not accept returns, we offer exchanges for eligible products under the following conditions:

Conditions for Exchanges:

• Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. The items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please visit the Exchange section on our platform. The exchange process is simple and guided, with clear instructions available once you log into your account. You will be able to select the product you want to exchange and choose from available options.

• Exchange for Same Value or Higher: Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or alternative product of equal or higher value. If the new product costs more, the buyer will need to pay the price difference.

Exchanges Not Accepted:

• Items that are used, opened, or damaged by the customer.

• Food, personal care products, or custom-made items are non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety regulations.

• Products that fall outside the specified exchange window.

Exchange Process:

• Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• After we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.
